A tipster on Weibo leaked the specifications of the Redmi K40. While the rumors suggest, the Redmi K40 will be the rebranded version of Poco X3 in India. The leaks say, the Poco X3 to feature a 120Hz refresh rate screen, dual-punch hole display, and 5G-enabled MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. Earlier of that, Redmi K40 was also spotted with 30W fast charging support on china’s Certification (3C) site.
Poco X3 Specifications
Display and Design: Poco X3 will run on the 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. On the front, it will be having a 120Hz refresh rate and dual punch-hole display. Also, there will be a Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The device will be running on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top.
Processor and Storage: Under the hood, Poco X3 will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset that will support 5G connectivity. Also, includes the Octa-core processor. Further, the device will house up to 8GB of RAM with an internal memory of 256GB. An expandable storage option will be available.
Camera: Poco X3 will come with four cameras at the back. The main camera will be of 64-megapixel supports the ultra-wide-angle lens. The second camera will be of 8-megapixel features with an ultra-wide-angle lens. Following the third camera will be of 2-megapixel with macro-lens. Lastly a depth sensor camera with 2-megapixel. While the other features that the rear camera will include such as Slo-Mo, HDR, 4K video recording, portrait, and ESI. On the front, there will be a dual selfie camera of 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel.
Battery and Connectivity: The leaked news suggests, the Poco X3 will pack 4500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Moreover, Poco X3 will feature an under-display fingerprint reader. The connectivity option that will include such as 5G, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, and NFS.
Poco X3 Price in India and Launch date
The Poco X3 will be coming with different storage variants. The base variant 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The mid-variant with 6GB RAM + 256GB storage. The high-end variant with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. We can expect the price of the Poco X3 in India could start around at Rs 18,999. However, the device is said to feature 5G but we can expect there will also come with a 4G variant.
